With a New Year, I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching and one of the things that has really helped transform my “outlook” on life is expressing gratitude on a regular basis. I keep a journal by my bedside and fill a page of everything that I am grateful for that day.

It has almost been one month since I started doing this and I can’t keep the smile off my face. I’m just so happy right now! What a trans-formative experience. This is one daily habit that is a keeper for sure. In fact, I need to pick up another notebook at the Dollar Store because once I got started I couldn’t stop!!
