I recently experimented with Glassline paper to create some rockin’ glass guitar pendants. It took a few tries to get it right…that’s why it’s called experimenting right?
I made a stencil of a guitar from plastic and then used the stencil to hand cut the Glassline paper.
Guitar Production
I then hand cut glass into rectangles and glued the guitars on the glass.
Guitars on Base Glass
The trick is to have 4 chips of glass on each corner before adding the clear glass cap. Why? You need to let the paper burn out and the chips keep the glass from kissing too quickly!
After fusing and annealing, I added sterling and 18k gold plated large bails. Voila…..rockin’ glass guitar pendants!

30 of these are off to Gift-a-Licious a VIP gifting company and I have a few left. I will get them posted to the e-boutique this weekend because these would be perfect for the “Guitar Hero” guy or gal groupie in your life!
